Chesapeake Bay View Paradise was the perfect place for my family to stay and enjoy the Annapolis area for a family member’s wedding. Paul was extremely gracious and very responsive. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Neighbors are friendly. Highly recommend! Wish we had more time to enjoy the easy water access and kayaking - maybe next time!

Paul was extremely friendly and flexible. My family greatly enjoyed the boat ride!! Highly recommend Paul's listing! Very peaceful and would like to come back and take advantage of the beautiful Jacuzzi and fire pit!

Paul was very friendly and accommodating and the house was perfectly situated in a lovely well-kept neighborhood of people who clearly loved the water. I loved standing out on the pier. We were made to feel so welcomed. The area was close to everything within a short drive. We were celebrating a birthday and were able to get a fabulous cake as well as gluten free options as walk-ins at a local patisserie. Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and package stores were all close by. So many amenities provided at this property! Loved them all, especially the fire pit, deck, hot tub and whirlpool. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked and we cooked a lot both inside and out on the grill. I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future.

Paul was responsive and helpful. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed- best of all a great place to be with our dogs. They enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and having space to run outside. We didn’t get get a chance to use the kayaks but would have loved to! Also no time to use the hot tub- the new deck/patio was great though, and very nice to sit outside on the deck. 4 star on value because it’s pricey, more than I typically am willing to pay (however timeframe we went was pricey everywhere)
