This lovely duplex is located between Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home. Appliances/1 yr old If you are visiting USC-Aiken, North Augusta or Augusta, you will enjoy staying in the cottage duplex. All the essentials will be provided. One double bed, dresser and chest of drawers, one closet, love seat, 2 rocking chairs, and kitchen essentials provided to cook and bake. Fresh sheets and linens are awaiting your arrival. Coffee pot provided. Please visit and enjoy! This duplex cottage is cozy. Home was built in 1908 and the enterior has been remodeled gently to keep the character on this sleepy street. Enjoy relaxing on the front screened porch, bringing back memories of the past. High ceilings make for a spacious cottage.

Excellent, clear instructions. Very responsive host. These oldies appreciated the supply of coffee pods (which we replenished for the next visitors), and paper towels/toilet paper...thanks! Close to stores.
This was a perfect spot. The house was clean and located about 10 minutes from downtown Aiken. We stayed here for the Masters and were about 20 minutes from the course.
We had a 4 night stay and everything worked out nicely for our stay. We ended up adding an extra night and Patricia was so kind and able to accommodate us.
Patricia's was a great host and her place was amazing. I hope to stay again.
Loved the place! Had a great old but modern look to it! Everything worked great! Hot water and a lot of amenities!

This cottage is located on a quiet street. There is an assisted living house across the street. They are very quiet neighbors. The Graniteville Post Office is nearby. There are a couple local restaurants that you may want to try. There is a Caribbean restaurant and also the family owned Blue Top. Blue Top provides daily home cooked specials to awesome hot dogs and Hamburgers . Experience Aiken, North Augusta and Augusta for shopping, restaurants, theaters, bowling and museums, river walk on the Savannah River.
Aiken offers horse events such as Polo, Dressage and Hunter Jumper Shows. The North Augusta Hippodrome is the scene of barrel racing among other horse shows. Aiken Horse Park is located within 20 minutes off Power House Road.
The
Aiken Standard and the Augusta Chronical are the local papers that can clue you in on local events. Savannah River divide SC and GA.
Uber is active in the area or rent a car from Enterprise Rentals on Hwy 1.
Aiken has a Best Friends Bus that transports to and from Augusta and around the local area at a reasonable cost .

Milo and I have enjoyed preparing this 1908 cottage as our first Airbnb. This is our first airbnb, we just started in April 2022. Milo retired in 2021 and I still work as a Realtor/property manager in the area, which locals call this area the CSRA, which stands for Central Savannah River Area. We give God honor and praise for our marriage and family. We love our church, which is very close to the cottage, Christian Heritage Church. Milo is an avid hunter. He enjoys SC hunting and fishing. Turkey season is his favorite season. We enjoy camping in our 1987 Vintage Ellandon Winnebago. Family is very important to us. We have 3 wonderful children and 3 Grandchildren. We have 3 horses , 3 dogs and 2 rabbits. Our lives are full. We give God the thanks for anything we have and have accomplished in this world. We ask Him daily to order our steps and He does. Thank you for your interest in our cottage. I hope you have a great stay.
