房东人超级好，有求必应，非常细心

The only big disadvantage of this apartments is the size of the room, it is very small, so be aware of it when choosing. But still it is okay for the price, since you won't find anything cheaper in the Seoul. Otherwise everything else was excellent. The room is pretty clean and corresponds to the description. Kitchen is not that clean, but it's understandable since it is shared. You'll find there all facilities that you need. Additionally there is free rice, kimchi and ramen, so you will never be hungry. Also you'll have washing machine, dryer for clothes and a beautiful view from the rooftop. The host is on another level of hosting very welcoming, always ready to help and responses quickly. The area it situated on will give you a taste of real korean life, grandmas and grandpas selling vegetables, fruits and preparing traditional korean food, small streets, family shops etc. I truly recommend this apartments and wish you a good time in Seoul.

You probably won't find a place much better for the price range. Take in notice that pictures look much cleaner than it is really. Host is responsive and neighbours are very quiet and friendly. Host also provides free rice&ramen, which is convenient. But: • laundring machines may leave dirt on clothes; • kitchen is not only small, but also super hot in summer; • the shower/toilet in the room leaves unpleasant smell; • beds are quite rough, it took me a week to get used (which you will find very annoying if you travel short-term) So next time I visit Korea, I would consider more expensive and comfortable place to have better memories about country 😄

I had a good stay at this place. It’s not the downtown Seoul but it’s very convenient to travel to most places. There are buses and subways nearby. There are also convenient stores near the place which is a big plus for me. Amenities are provided in the room. The wifi is great! I was usually out during the daytime so basically I stayed there to sleep and shower. I usually had good night sleep. I had the chance to meet the owner on the first day and I thought he was cool and approachable. If given a chance, I would like to stay here again when I visit South Korea. :)
