Practical location (near Milano Centrale station) and clean, but to sleep it's a really hot (in august) and noisy.

Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und dies wurde uns 3 Stunden vor Ankunft mitgeteilt. So lebten wir im 5. Stock bei 35° ohne Klimaanlage. Diese Situation war kaum auszuhalten und man konnte kaum schlafen. Die Location ist allerdings ziemlich gut, Restaurants, Metrostation und Supermarkt liegen sehr nah und sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen.

DO NOT book during summer. The aircon does not work and Simone says it’s “suddenly broken” when other reviews say the same. They said they will send someone to fix it, no one came. The room was a sauna especially in the July heat. We were dreading coming back every night. We asked the host to come and fix it and they said “if we have a stick to poke in the holes on the machine”. I was so disappointed a waste of my money. Never met the host I don’t think they even care about the place. Check in directions are not clear either, it’s a brown door on main road with no clear signs. Until you have keys you can’t get into the building as every step requires keys. So we have to wait for other guests to walk by to even get into the building. The windows swing open in the night and make loud bangs which was very disrupting . But they needed to be open as there was no aircon. Extremely extremely unhappy.

The airconditioning did not really function and I got no message back when I texted the host. Also the washing machien did not work and the shower didn’t function perfect. The location was okay and the room was great

Sadly, our stay had to be canceled due to the accommodation being dirty and not as described. The location was very noisy and didn’t feel safe. As we arrived at the accommodation, we had to use a lift which only fit one person at a time and felt very dangerous. After a shower at the flat, our feet were instantly dirty from the floor and the cleaning cupboard smelt very unpleasant. In the bathroom drawer, we found a large dirty stain and an old sponge. The stairs in the flat were broken and caused another guest to trip and now has huge bruises all over her legs. The air con did not work and was full of dust which affected one guest who has asthma and hayfever. The curtains were sheer which meant we were woken up with bright sun and couldn’t get back to sleep. The screeching noise from the trains kept us up all night and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. This meant we couldn’t relax or enjoy our holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this flat as it doesn’t truly reflect the beautiful Milano.
