We had an incredible stay at this large and beautiful Villa! Besides the unbeatable location - not even 5 minutes walk to the Beach and close to hundreds of restaurants and cafes - we felt at home as soon as we entered the large premises. The villa offers a large enclosed living room as well as 5 spacious bedrooms, the sixth bedroom is adjacent to the 5th room, which was ideal for us as family with 2 toddlers. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches like welcome drinks and fresh fruits, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, etc. We didn’t expect a daily full breakfast but the energetic friendly team served it at our preferred time in the large kitchen, just off the inviting large pool. The pool is great due to size - you really can swim and enjoy time there. All in all we had a fantastic comfortable stay- we all agreed that Villa Sunkiss made our Bali trip to a memorable highlight. The Villa is also ideal for young people as it’s within walking distance to the best beach clubs.

Excellent service! All amenities and services were rendered flawlessly. Villa is in a perfect location if you wish to visit the beaches in Seminyak and Canggu! It's also convenient when we like to have our dinner outside since it is close to awesome restaurants and cafes - Monsieur Spoon in Umalas was exceptional! The villa is also just 7 minutes away from the Jungle Bali Pool club way cooler than we expected! Such a memorable Bali escapade for us! Thank you, Jonathan, will come back very soon!

The staff was great, polite, and helpful as they could be. The house was also amazing and we could tell that it has only recently been refurbished because of the mixes of old and new furnitures. Our 2 nights and 3 days experience there was superb, but the nightmare started coming AFTER the trip. A FULL DAY after we had checked out, Jonathan (whose real name is actually Jomar?) said that one of us had broken a candleholder and had asked for an additional USD $40 to replace it. Now, I KNOW for a fact that we did NOT break it because on the very last day of our trip, Ika, who is the villa manager, was literally standing right next to the unbroken candleholder in the living room with all of us. And also, why did he wait a full day after we had checked out to tell us? I asked him that and he said that the cleaning crew told him after they went in to clean the place. Hello? We checked out at 10 AM, an hour before the check out schedule. The cleaning crew was probably there at like 11 AM or 12 PM. They would’ve told Jomar immediately if they had noticed something was broken and Jomar would’ve messaged me as soon as he know, which was still around the time after we had checked out, but No. Jomar waited a FULL DAY to tell me we had broken a candleholder. Jomar might argue that “we had 18 guests so it may be impossible to know which one of us broke it”, well let me tell you, there’s only 18 people on the first night for DINNER. The only ones every staying in that place is only 12 people. The additional 6 never even came back the next day. They had already flew home in the morning. Plus, even Ika knew that the candleholder was NOT broken because if it was, she would’ve told us IMMEDIATELY as we were staying for another two days there. How shady is Jomar that he said that we were going to be asked for a deposit upon our arrival but then we didn’t and we forgot about it. A day after we checked out, he came running back that we had broken something? Funny. If he had asked for a deposit, right before we checked out, we could’ve checked the entire house ourselves if they claimed something was broken by us. Plus, the only “proof” that he provided was a picture of two candleholders, one with the glass on and the other didn’t have the glass. He said that we had broken the other one’s glass. Excuse me??? Because I know we didn’t break it, they could’ve EASILY taken the glass off of the second candleholder and say that we “broke” it to get more money from us. Such a shame, really. The overall experience was really great, but after we checked out, everything turned SHADY. It’s not about the money, really. It’s about how the host accused us of something we clearly did not do. Even the villa manager can attest to that. I don’t know what’s going on in their end, but I am 100% positive we didn’t break anything since me, my mom, and Ika the villa manager, was standing right next to the unbroken candleholder around 30 minutes before we checked out. If somehow we broke that candleholder in that 30 minutes, the WHOLE house would’ve heard since that candleholder is HUGE. The staff would’ve come to us immediately, not wait after a full day after we had already checked out. Shady. I am from Indonesia, Jomar. We are not easily fooled by this. I hope you all who are going to this place may reconsider by reading my review. The staff and place was great, but the host was straight up messed up. I don’t know if he’s working alone or the staff is in on this, but yall are seriously messed up.

Heritage Villa is set in a beautiful location away from the center of Seminyak with open-air living areas, beautiful garden and private pool - perfect for Yoga or a relaxing vacation with family and friends. Breakfast (included in the price) was amazing with a selection of Mei/Nasi Goreng, eggs, pancakes, juice, coffee, and an assortment of tropical fruits every day. Having access to the kitchen and large refrigerator meant we could cook for ourselves or make lunches. Jonathan, our host was just lovely, and a kind man came every day to make sure that the garden and pool area are neat. Jonathan prepared a fabulous Balinese dinner for us one evening (not expensive) which was an absolute highlight. Jonathan has an amazing staff and we appreciated the little touches such as offering coffee while we lounged around the pool. Rooms were cleaned every day, including replacement mosquito coils. They even provided us with a universal plug for our electronic devices. Our group of four friends loved having our own large separate rooms with indoor bathrooms at the back of each but also different areas for us to gather together easily. The Villa is down a lane of Umalas so felt secure and there was a good transport service Jonathan offered us with an additional fee. 5 minutes from the Villa is the fabulous Blue Monkey restaurant which offers a good selection of Indonesian, Asian and European meals. It's reasonably priced and not too noisy. Terima Kasih Jonathan for making our Balinese holiday a wonderful experience.

Absolutely impressed and highly recommend Heritage Villa for anyone and everyone! Loved the beautiful Balinese feel. Photos don’t actually do this place justice. The pool was in a great size suitable for my family of 10 and on the right side is a well-maintained garden. The villa is superbly located in Umalas, an ideal place from where to explore Canggu or Seminyak. It also meant that we weren’t in the hustle and bustle but just moments away to the touristic area in Seminyak. Fantastic restaurants are in the immediate area. Not to mention the villa staff... the team is always reachable when we needed them and never interrupted our stay along with the staff in the villa. The entire villa team made our Bali experience so memorable and they definitely make it hard to leave! I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing my family and friends too!
