It was a nice clean quiet apartment, the door was unlocked when we got there which was kind of creepy. I told Stacy and she changed the key code, but it still wouldn't lock, strange. We were inside an apt that had a key code to get into the building so we felt safe. The apt looked a lot larger in the photos and things were a bit tight with four of us. There were not many dishes or silverware, and they were all in a big cupboard not in the drawers. I think the hot water is on a timer because we all had to take very short showers and then water turned very cold. Overall it is a convenient place close to campus for a quick night's stay for 3 or fewer people.

Stayed at Staci’s while in town for a tour of the University. The location was great and it was easy to walk to all locations we needed to get to. Staci was very responsive with any issues that came up, and also gave recommendations of things to do while we were there. I would stay here again.

I stayed at Staci's because I was in town for the NCAA women's basketball tournament and to cheer on the Hawkeyes! 🖤💛🖤💛 just a few minutes walk to Carver Hawkeye Arena. Great location and Staci was very quick to respond! Will definitely book again! 🙂

Very cute & cozy apartment. Perfect for 2 people. We were able to eat most our meals in, which was nice. Fully functional kitchen, nice appliances. Beds are so incredibly comfortable!! Building seemed to have mostly older students so it was nice & quiet! Would definitely stay here again.
