We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Close enough to town to get a ride via an Uber, but remote enough to feel a part of nature and get the full benefit of the mountain experience. The house was very clean, with nice linens and a well-stocked kitchen. We felt comfortable and it was the perfect home base for both hiking and exploring nature, along with enjoying the town, arts district, Biltmore and other local sites. Our host provided easy instructions for accessing the property, along with great additional details and tips on things to do and see. We were very happy with this home!

Outstanding experience! My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Woodland House and will forever be so grateful for the time. It was an immaculate home! Perfect location, can get to downtown Asheville in what feels like no time. It’s the coziest house with the most private scenery imaginable. Connie was great! Super responsive and gave super clear instruction. She was a fantastic host! My husband and I have already decided we’ll be spending time at the Woodland House years down the road for anniversary trips, family vacations, etc.

Beautiful, spacious cabin with incredible views. Feels like you're far from everything but actually just a few minutes from downtown Asheville. Highly recommend.

What a treat! The cabin is lovely, cozy, very well kept. The setting amid the forest offered pink sunrises and colorful sunsets behind a budding Spring, cheerful bird songs and many squirrels. We enjoyed the deck fully! Kitchen, bathroom and gym were very well equipped. Great washer and dryer. Recommendations as to activities in Asheville were excellent, and, although the location is very quiet, off a gravel road, driving distances are not far. It’s Spring and , oh, was it exploding! New leaves and so many flowering shrubs, tulips and flowers, wild and otherwise, were blooming everywhere. Visited Biltmore Estate including Chihuly exhibition, Blueridge Parkway and Craggy Garden trails, the Arboretum including Orchid Exhibition, Asheville Art District, delicious restaurants and exclusive shops. We did the Hop on Hop off tour. Excellent hosts, always available and concerned about our wellbeing. Southern hospitality at its best!

This cabin is amazing! It is nestled in the woods and has amazing views from the back porch. But is only 20 minutes away from the Biltmore and downtown. The home is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home immediately. Connie has thought of everything! She also provided great local recommendations for food and fun! My husband left his jacket and Connie immediately messaged and offered to send it to us at no charge. Wow! This was our best Airbnb experience - don’t miss this one! We will be back for sure!
