I am no stranger to Cleveland and usually stay in a hotel when I visit. I need a place that could accommodate a large family so instead of hotel rooms we decided on this Air B&B. We were so comfortable and felt right at home! The rooms were spacious and the neighborhood delightful. The weather was beautiful so we would hang out on the front porch swings and talk for hours!!! I would highly recommend this house over a hotel ANYDAY!!Thank you to our hosts they were great!!

The house was a great find! Hosts were responsive and helpful. The house is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is in a great location; there is a supermarket and pharmacies nearby. We came for the eclipse (the house is close to a very nice park where we observed the eclipse), but we'd definitely stay here on our next trip to Cleveland.

Terrific place for our family to gather and visit. Kitchen is well equipped and first floor has half bath plus sitting, family, and dining rooms for people to sit and visit. The furniture was attractive and sturdy and comfortable, especially the beds. There were plenty of towels. The upstairs rooms with daybeds gave the kids a place to hang out while the adults occupied the first floor. Two things to be aware of so you’re not surprised: 1. the televisions are just for streaming. A phone to HDMI converter might work to project live tv - we didn’t have one. It was March Madness and several people were able to stream the games on their phone, but no one’s subscriber service allowed streaming through the tv. Not a huge deal, but we would have packed the iPhone to HDMI cable if we’d known. 2. The attic bath is not really set up for showers due to the slanted ceiling. There’s handheld shower hose so you can sit/kneel in the tub. This plus the 2nd floor shower worked for us.

I highly recommend this place for larger groups! We cooked a lot over the weekend and the kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery, pots, pans and silverware. Beds were all comfy and there was more than enough space. The hosts were very communicative and responsive, and checkin and check out were a breeze! The house is also very well insulated, which is something you need to consider for the area. I give this place a 11/10

Gracelyn’s warm & cozy home was a great place for a holiday family reunion. We hosted a happy hour for 12 people; the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for entertaining. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. The hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. We’d happily stay here again next time we’re in town!
