The room has a beautiful view, very peaceful. We really enjoyed the stay here. Perfect location: close enough to the city to get there in 10 mins, and far enough from the city to avoid the crowd. The room is cleaned once a week. And the host is very responsive and helpful. Minus point: The complex is not very sound proof, you can hear your neighbours well. The kitchen is rustic and not that easy to use, it doesn’t inspire you to cook, more like heating up leftover. Overall, still a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

I loved my staying at Matt’s guesthouse. It is a very cozy place, in a peaceful environment and very close to the main road as well. There is a Lotus and 7/11 nearby and local places to eat, get a massage and even temples in a walking distance. 15-20 mind drive to the airport and the city center. Matt is very hospitable, friendly and very helpful with everything that I needed as a guest. Him and his wife made sure I had all the services and utilities that I needed, including a full equipped kitchen, laundry service and anything else. Definitely coming back to this place.

Gorgeous place, good value for the price. The common area (garden) was very nice, a good working area under the sun. Room has a wall of windows which I loved the most! Felt like the staff didn’t speak much English but we got by using translate app. Bathroom was rather basic but has all necessities. Location is more in the suburbs for the quietness. Overall very nice, would love to come back for a chill stay!
