We enjoyed our stay! The house was big, spacious, and in a beautiful area. Our host, Michael, was very responsive, friendly, and helpful with the surrounding area. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely consider this house again.

A quaint old house. The fireplace is a great addition for a good sitting room. The kitchen is very well stocked with tools. The porch is great to just relax and sit down on. The house is old and very creaky, which is to be expected. The Wi-Fi is t very strong. The host is great with providing recommendations and info about the area. Very prompt in responding.

First, the house is fine. It's an older home and fairly run-down, but was clean and in a good location. I can't however, recommend the host, at all. Upon checkout our group loaded the dishwasher, but realized there was no dish detergent. We also forgot to separate the recycling. 100% own that miss on our part. The host tried to charge us $240 extra (on top of the $150 cleaning fee) for leaving 3 tin cans in the bin and for not "running" the dishwasher. He also accused us of leaving the house a mess (we didn't, at all- for instance, he accused us of leaving the stove a mess and we didn't even use the stove!), and leaving "drugs" in the bathroom - when he sent pictures, we had left a travel-pack of Advil in the bathroom garbage can! Also we had informed the host that we had late flights and would be checking in late, he told us that was fine and left a key. However, he set the house alarm and didn't give us a code, so after a long day of travel and not getting to the house until 11PM we had to deal with that mess. He acted like that was our fault! He also tried several times to get me to communicate with him off-Airbnb for these "problems" through phone calls or texts, which made me really uncomfortable. Overall the house is fine, but the host was a nightmare.
