I normally wouldn't put a negative review on - the villa wasn't at all what we expected, the house felt unloved and incredibly dated - the beds were super uncomfy, the house felt dirty - it was like a 90's throwback, the wifi doesn't reach any upstairs bedrooms, the bathrooms were so dated, the electics were not to modern regulations and unsafe, having a bath or shower was an ordeal as the water was either scolding or freezing. The pool was cold and couldn't be taken advatage of - especially our toddler and baby in the party.. The villa is on a very steep incline from the beach - the pictures of the garden area do not reflect the reality. The furniture was incredable dated and not fire resistant - This was intended to be my 50th birthday treat - sorry to add all of this but really really wouldn't want anyone else to pay 1500 euros for three nights - not nice, infact nasty.

Excellent Villa + location, but communication by Solmar and attention to detail in the villa could have been better (e.g. no hand soap in the bathroom). Overall highly recommended.

Mooie, schone, ruime villa. Ligt lekker centraal; supermarkt, strand, boulevard met winkels en horeca zijn vlakbij. Het zwembad is prima, schoon en wordt verwarmd. De host reageert snel en is vriendelijk. Wij hebben met z'n allen een heerlijke week gehad.

The pictures shown on air bnb where completely different to what we arrived to when checking in e.g. the kitchen shows what looks like a breakfast bar however this was not there. The pool would/should have been cleaned before arrival and it was also covered over however there was dirt at the bottom of it. In addition to this the pool water was freezing cold despite the listing saying the pool would be heated. Someone did come to look at this but it took 3 days and several complaints before something was done about it. From day 1 their was a problem with the drains blocking in the outside/pool area this was raised with solmar and they sent someone who I believe was the owner to unblock and check the pool which smelt of sewage, the drain blocked for the duration of our stay. The pool being freezing cold and the drains blocking continuously ruined our holiday as we had bored children who couldn’t stay in the pool for longer than 5 minutes. Overall not a good stay.
