Nataliya is a great hostess; we felt at home right away! Great location, proximity to everything, and not at last the view of the ocean. We would come back! Highly recommended! Thank you Nataliya for everything!

Nataliya’s condo is absolutely great and she is an awesome host. She made sure we got in ok and offered help with places to go and where to eat. She also had many things for us to use on the beach which was super helpful since we flew in and didn’t have our regular beach items with us. The pictures were exactly how the condo and building looked and it was not only convenient to the beach but also many places within walking distance. The best part was being able to relax on the balcony to watch and listen to the water! I’d definitely stay again upon returning to Corpus Christi in the future!

Nataliya’s place is an excellent deal! Although there is a lot of much needed work going on in the condo complex, workers definitely don’t arrive too early or stay too late. If you book this condo, you’ll have a beachfront view. It’s a cute little place that’s perfect for 2-3 people. It was extremely clean. Nataliya has a lot of little extra beach stuff stashed around the place for you to use. As far as I’m concerned, anyone who didn’t like the place simply didn’t have realistic expectations. (Champagne taste on a beer budget, if you know what I mean.) You won’t regret your stay here & if you prefer Padre beaches, they’re only about 30 minutes away!

Nataliya’s place was very cute, clean, peaceful, welcoming and she had a lot of sweet little touches. You can see the beach from the balcony. It helps to know it’s in the “Villa del Sol” when finding it for the first time. We loved how the condos were laid out. We really enjoyed the condo. North Beach was not our favorite beach but other than that, everything was perfect.
