Pros: - good communication with the host, easy check-in - very close to the metro station and within walking distance (30-40 mins) to the Old Town. Cons: - the place was visibly dirty, with a thick layer of dust under the bed, ripped curtains, stains on the couch, cigarette burns on the floor... - cables hanging around, sharp edges near the bathroom that can cut your leg, screws hanging from the walls, a ripped toilet door, ripped floorboards, etc. - the photos are clearly enhanced: the place looks much worse. Aside from the above-mentioned issues, the photos show a new coffee machine with pods, and the used pods were still in the tray with mold on them, the couch doesn't have any cover and has visible stains, and there are no rugs in the bathroom and the toilet, etc.; - the Internet data was incorrect, and the correct name and password were on the modem; - the Internet connection was very poor and unstable Some of these issues were flagged way earlier but nothing was done about it.

Great value place with good communication from the from Jenny/Manuel. Check in instructions were clear and the apartment provided all you needed for a short term stay. The entrance way to the building isn’t the most welcoming when arriving in the dark but I suppose that’s beyond the host’s control. It may be a little bit of a squeeze if you were to book with full capacity unless you’re totally comfortable with the people you’re staying with but it would be ideal for a couple of people. Overall it’s a price that cannot be argued with and the nearby metro station (Kardinal-Nagl-Platz) makes travel incredibly easy. Thanks for the stay!
