The place served our large group’s needs. The house was clean and pretty much as advertised, so it met our most important criteria. When we arrived, the smoke alarms were beeping, so the stay started with a scramble. Other small things included uneven distribution of cooling (some cold rooms and some warm ones). But it was conveniently located to our destination and housed our extended family.

It was not bad. Missing things in kitchen. Garage had wrecked car inside. Had some issues with ants / termites which the owner did address and handle. Not worth the price.

The home was as described—lots of open space for guests. The place is easy to find.

A spacious home was the only good thing about this place. We will not book here again. We messaged them earlier in the week and told them we have an infant coming. When getting to the house, the AC was not turned on and the home was 88 degrees and the upstairs was 95 degrees. The heat index was 101 this past weekend! How ridiculous and unprofessional to do that to us! It took nearly 5 hrs for the home to even cool down because it was so hot. The furniture was in poor condition and pealing. Not to mention that the photos in the listing did not match the home. They replaced the breakfast area chairs with old metals foldable chairs. The bathrooms were filthy and didn’t have drain covers in the showers. The towel rack kept falling off the wall and the toilets take forever to flush! There were areas that the floor trimming was loose and nails were sticking out from the floor. My dad stepped on one! Obviously we would never book this place again, nor would recommend it unless they make some big changes.

This is a Very beautiful home. It was plenty spacious for my family and close friends to bring the new year together in. We were still able to have safe social distancing while enjoying each other. I’d definitely recommend this home.
