这是我们第一次住名宿，住宿感觉非常好，最重要的是非常干净，孩子们也很喜欢。我们提前2周预定，房东把所有的信息都提前告知我们，让我们有所准备。另外房间描述也很准确，所有洗漱生活用品以及厨房灶具用品都很齐全，对于带孩子的家庭很方便，可以做一顿完美的早餐。因为大阪的地铁分很多，不是所有的线路都链接在一起，我们住的离花园街近铁站非常近，路口有很多商店，非常方便，路边还有好多日本当地小餐馆。当然如果从机场坐南海只能到天下茶屋站下车。总之，谢谢房东的精心准备，我们很满意。

Firstly I have to say, it could be a perfect Airbnb - great location, spacy, quite well maintained, has everything you need. And Mariko San was responding swiftly every time, giving all necessary information, so the check in and out went smoothly. So everything would be great, if not one huge BUT - at the balcony there's a security camera with a movement censor, watching the entrance, which was reacting not only to the persons, but also to any cats, birds, insects etc (this information also was confirmed by the host). So it's was ringing loudly (like an electric door bell) day and night in around every 30 minutes, constantly waking us up... So we can't really sleep nights through because of it. Extremely annoying. I hope, it will be fixed some how.

Not recommended!! Apartment: Stay with people you are very intimate with as there is no privacy! Bathroom is in the bedroom with very thin walls, shower is in the kitchen. There are cooking pots but nothing to use for cooking, not even salt and pepper. Lastly, the quiet time was stated to be 8pm, but after sharing our passports the host changed it to 7pm without any reason. The apartment got us through our time but was quite cramped. Host: Answered promptly, but set rules arbitrarily after agreement and payment of the booking. As stated, changed the quiet time by an hour after arriving, and the last day without reason, changed the late checkout fee from 2k yen per hour to 5k yen per hour. During our stay we were respectful, quiet and did not understand this unnecessary change. The host is not looking for guests, they are looking for money. This made the stay uncomfortable as we felt anything misplaced or any noise we would be charged

駅近でスーパーやコンビニも近くにあり便利でした。少し奥まったところにあるので土地勘がないと見つけづらいかなとは思いますが、ホストの方とも常に連絡が取れたので安心して利用できました。
