The place was great as advertised, but what won us over was the Staff. We were greeted immediately with a staff member that helped us with our bags. While the staff seemed pretty busy all the time (holiday crowd), they always made sure to answer our questions and address our concerns respectfully and in a timely manner. The wifi password (you'll know when you book with them) was also a good reminder... because I always bring work with me. These little things leave a big impact to some customers. We felt very welcome and it was indeed enjoyable from check-in to check-out. Thank you, Costal Rock Taem for a memorable experience. You are awesome.

I want to say thank you to maam Nenita and her husband as well as their staff. They are so polite, hospitable, very active and the place is so well maintained. The place and the people are so commendable. My family enjoyed so much. The rooms are so clean and beautiful. You will really enjoy the pool as well as the beach across. We love the place and the people. They always check on us if there's something we need. Very alert in responding to inquiries. Thank you so much for letting as feel home away from home.
