The price is very reasonable. The place is magnificant. Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful house, beautiful furnishings, protected patio, elegant lighting, exceptionally comfortable bedding, etcetera, etcetera. Here is one example of the hosts' thoughtfulness. On the way to Pittsburgh, I realized I'd forgottent to bring tea bags with me. When we arrived, I discovered four kinds of tea, 3 bottles of Torani syrup, and 5 kinds of sweeetener. Michael is available, supportive, eager to be of assistance--and entirely non-intrusive. You can check in and out in seconds. Driveway parking. We got to Carnegie Art Museum entirely on the other side of Pittsburgh in 20-25 minutes, and to the Pirate game in less time than that.

We stayed at Seneca Place for a longer term stay due to relocation. Michael is an awesome host! The home is perfect and in the best area. It’s close to downtown for commuters, but far enough away to feel more suburban and peaceful. We took a lot of walks during our stay and enjoyed the sound of chirping birds along the way. Michael was always available and responded promptly! He helped with local recommendations. He went above and beyond your average host. We felt right at home!

Holy Cannoli! We've had some lovely l hosts & homes over the years but this one takes the cake! From day one, Michael was a gracious & welcoming host. We packed up right after Christmas to head to family in Pittsburgh. It's a lot with kids, dog, gifts, long drive, etc. Pulling up to this beautiful & stately home, with "JOY" lit in the yard, I could feel our vacation beginning. Opening that front door to the yummy scents, dimmed lights, holiday jazz playing, fireplace flickering, holiday decor in every room... I felt the stress all fall away and I knew we were "home"! Then I hear the squeals... "Cookies! And milk too!" Everywhere I turned I let out an "awwww!" This home is a treasure & beautifully restored. Michael's place is SO clean I actually put my stuff on the floors! The yard spacious & inviting. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous & the little town is everything you could hope for! As host, Michael can't be beat. He thought of EVERYTHING & we always felt at home. Coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Seneca Place for 5 nights over Christmas. Michael was a great host and super responsive. The house was immaculate. And it comes with all the supplies you could possible need. They even provide snacks for you and your pet. The house was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch since we were away from home over the holidays. A great location in Mt. Lebanon on a beautiful street. Definitely a home we would stay at again. Great experience.
