自我介绍

Ian and I live in Papakowhai , Porirua, Wellington. I am retired . Our home is a sunny home with views towards the South Island and Titahi Bay. Papakohawi is a lovely hidden secret in the Porirua area. There are bush walks, a Park (Aotea Lagoon ),The Police College is here as well . We have a countdown store a 5 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking there are amazing views up the stairs beside our property We live in a Cu de Sac with 7 homes all which have been owner occupied for well over 10 years The areas of the property we rent out are a 1 bedroom ,self contained flat, the kitchen and bathroom are small but more than adequate. Upstairs we 2 rooms we rent out, one is a Queen sized bed in a beautiful room over looking our gardens, the other consists of 2 beds one a single the other a king single. We have a portacot, sofa bed, camp bed, dog bed, fenced backyard, front yard is fenced for small dogs Ian and I enjoy meeting and sharing our home with our guests although we are also happy to allow you your own space. We are happy to have your fur baby stay with us. We have a shitzu called Louie
