We stayed the month of February at Margaret and Scott’s condo. Check in/ check out was easy. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything you need for the beach to a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra linens. We did have an issue but they went above and beyond to repair it. We would not hesitate to book again when visiting Ponce Inlet.

This condo was lovely. The corner unit let in so much light and gave great ocean views. All of our needs were met in the condo. The beach is quiet and beautiful. The Ponce Inlet area was an added bonus.

Our time in Ponce Inlet flew by. From the Christmas decorations to the comfy furniture and fully stocked kitchen, we felt right at home . The location is ideal. We can’t wait to return post Covid so we can really explore the area. Margaret is an amazing host.

Our family of six just returned from an amazing month long stay at this beautiful and spacious home with breathtaking views. We ate most meals in and there was more than enough cookware, plates, and silverware, which has been an issue for our family at other airbnbs. A variety of beach gear and plenty of beach towels were also available. We loved being right on the beach, which wasn't crowded at all, and the easy access to the beach and pool. These were just a few of the things we loved about the place. What made the stay even sweeter was Margaret. She provided very detailed arrival, check in, and check out instructions. She responded very quickly to messages, would offer suggestions and recommendations, added personal touches for our family, she did a great job of making our family feel special. We highly recommend!

This condo was everything we had planned for during our two-month winter stay, and we really felt at home. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The décor is friendly and inviting. The number of windows gave us sunshine galore. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of seating and tables for a large family and their guests. This corner condo had a tremendous view of the ocean. It was stocked with an abundance of everything you need to enjoy the beach: beach towels, chairs, boogie boards….The living area had a huge television with plenty of seating. The location is perfect. The compact sand makes walking a joy. We could walk the beach a couple miles to the pier and the lighthouse. It was also an easy walk down Atlantica to the preserve to nature watch and enjoy the sun set over the Halifax River. The master bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very big. The other bedrooms were comfortable and all had a televisions. We loved the in-condo laundry. There were two places to sit and enjoy the lovely weather and sunrise and sunset. The patio facing the ocean had comfortable furniture to spy for dolphins or a relax with a snack, drink, or meal. The screened in porch/lanai also had a comfortable couch and table for four to view the sunsets while eating dinner. Margaret is a thoughtful host and was easy to work with and readily available when needed. Her communication was quick and helpful. She provided us with local recommendations and current happenings. We would love to come back again. The pictures were a good representation of this lovely place.
