The apartment bedrooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds. The space is simple, clean, and functional. The host was also very accommodating with an early check in. The kitchen is a bit small if you plan on trying to cook full meals, but is great for simple options and there is a grocery store next door. Also right on one the bus lines. Overall a good stay.

Chose this place to stay in Tartu for a night with my family. The apartment is the most modern but was clean and tidy. Pleasant walk away from the city centre. However, the floor is squeaky at some spots and the WiFi did not work, even though the advertisement claims there is internet available. Also, there are stickers on all the windows, asking to not open them. Like, really? What am I supposed to do on a hot summer day then? But overall okay. Also a weird detail is the owner asked me for a security deposit of 50€ to his company account. This goes against the AirBnB rules, but oh well…
