David is a great host, very responsive and kind. We enjoyed our stay at his place. The flat was very clean, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Both sofa-beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient as it is just a few minutes from the central train station (walking distance), and also has access to different bus routes, especially the ones from and to the airport. You can also get to the historical center by walking distance and while you get there, discover nice porticos. Surrounded by many different restaurants and grocery shops, this made it super easy for us (who travelled with a kid) to get whatever we needed. The 2 restaurants David recommended us had great food and good prices. We definitely recommend this place in Bologna!

David is an excellent host, with excellent tips on how to get about Bologna and whereabouts. The place is small but was enough for our 5 day stay. It has all amenities that one would expect and is very well kept. It is within walking distance from important spots such as train station, bus station, supermarket and the city centre with all its attractions. The area is clean and safe. A few steps down the road there is a restaurant that serves good food at a reasonable price but do venture out for better experiences.
