Great host showed me around the town and all the local spots first time I met him and very responsive.
It was a great place to stay, felt right at home. Very quiet and peaceful place, had everything we needed, a fully stocked kitchen, and also had lots of movies that we could watch. Brian is a very nice host and always there and ready to help if you need it. We loved it there. I would definitely recommend this place. It is very affordable, and definitely worth it. Thank you very much for providing us a wonderful place to stay.
This place was a great place to stay and felt just like a home. It was stocked with whatever we needed. It was very cold weather when we stayed and was always warm inside. We would definitely stay there again when we come back to Beardstown.

My wife, Deb, may both be retired, but we're far from expired. Deb is a retired grade school teacher, while I am retired from having been a career police officer and military officer. The Little White House by the River is the home Deb picked out for us before we were married, while I was stationed in Korea with the Air Force. It has been part of our lives for more than 40 years and we're not yet willing to part with it, so we've decided to share it with others. We've tried to anticipate the needs of our guests and hopefully will be able to make a stay here carefree, enjoyable and memorable.
