I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Ryan is the type of host that you want to work with. Available to answer your questions. Checks in and makes sure things are going well and let you know they’re available if you need them. The home is kept with care. Well maintained. I felt like I was prepared to know exactly what to expect. Yes the train comes through. Not too crazy for me. The noise machine is a great touch.

Ryan needs to show some TLC to the property in and outside. Get the heating sorted and the shower so people can have a proper shower. He also has to clean up the outside by cutting the bushes so people can enter his property without having to look for snakes or any harmful insects. Mate, treat the place like your home and you will do fine. You need to have new bath towels for each guest. You can’t used back the same ones from the previous guest. Nasty🤷🏽. My advice is true.

Great simple small spot to stay. Worth the money, host was a pleasure.

We had a few glitches in the behind, but Ryan made everything right within the hour. Keep in mind that the train is LOUD. The home is an old farmhouse, so can be cold in cold weather. The heater in the bedroom provided us with enough heat.
