Four couples from Arizona headed to Zion to explore the beautiful area and hike. The location is out of town but that wasn't a problem for our group. 3 couples had ensuite bathrooms and the 4th bedroom has the bathroom across the hallway. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft and crisp. There are 2 separate living/dining spaces which allowed us to 'break away' and enjoy games, movies or just relax and read a book. The front porch has 4 separate comfortable couches allowing us to relax and enjoy the views before dinner. Lezlie was kind enough to leave us homemade breakfast items including a frittata and quiche which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was well labeled with instructions throughout the home. There was plenty of firewood to enjoy the outdoor firepit, which the group did every night after hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

Great host and a wonderful home. Easy drive to Zion NP and the nearby towns. Lezlie had way more than what we needed at the house and made us feel right at home. Will stay here again!

Our experience at the Heller House was great! Lezlie took amazing care of our group, the house was beautiful and had everything we could want or need for our stay. Would definitely recommend this location!

What a great stay. The host went above and beyond, providing food and amenities for our stay. We appreciated it even more as this is a relatively remote location, and we were staying over Christmas, so places were closed. It looks like the place is set up to be rented out by room as well, but we rented the whole place, and it was very spacious for 8 people consisting of two families. The amenities and appliances are updated, including 3-zone heating/AC. Also very gracious of the host to wait till late evening on the day of our arrival to show us the whole place. The host stays onsite in a part of the property, but they stayed completely out of our way for the rest of the stay, and we felt all the privacy we wanted. The only amenity we missed was a dishwasher - but understand that it would be difficult logistically if the place is rented by room.

This was the most enjoyable Airbnb/rental stay we've had. The location was easily drivable to Zion and we never had traffic like we thought we might. The house was beautiful and spacious. We initially didn't realize it was a B&B (probably because we were looking for 4 rooms/8 people) and booked it so each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, so we ended up having the entire house. There was a wide variety of breakfast foods for us, homemade frittata, sausage, various yogurts, hot/cold cereals, breads, milks, coffees & juices, and eggs, bagels and English muffins. We cooked our evening meal 4 of the 5 nights and loved eating in the spacious yard by the firepit. We do not have one single complaint and would highly recommend this peaceful place to the hustle and bustle of Springdale, unless that is what you like, but it is so close, it would be worth it.
