Linda is an exceptional host. She makes a guest really feel at home, always being thoughtful and proactive to anticipate a guest’s needs, very kind and sincere and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the shared bathroom was immediately nearby. House was warm despite the very cold outside temperatures. The kettle in the room is always appreciated. A reliable Taxi service is available for guests not driving a car, since the location is not walkable to a nearby store or restaurant. On the way back in the taxi, though, there is a very convenient Sainsbury’s on the main road before reaching this estate neighborhood. There is a tiny fridge in the room. A very nice breakfast is included. Linda was also exceptionally kind to give a car ride back to the nearby small train station, where I could reconnect to my main train out of Birmingham New Street. A very comfortable stay, Linda is a very thoughtful and caring Superhost!!!

We arrived in the dark and couldn’t find the house easily but Linda was extremely responsive and helpful in getting us sorted. The accommodation was beautiful and Linda checked on us throughout our stay without being intrusive. She fully accommodated all our requests and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
