Place is clean and as described. Hot water , ok wi-fi . After lengthy trip when you arrive and need most is key to your room and rest. Instead of we were kept at the lobby with the person who was trying to offer and sell excursions when we were clearly trying to inform that we want to go the the room . We didn’t purchase any excursions but next day we asked at the lobby to call for taxi for us . Unfortunately the answer we received it was they can offer us a number and we can call . If you not Spanish speaking and without phone basically you’re on your own . No help .
