家族旅行で使わせていただきました！ 初めての利用だったので不安でしたが、ホストの方もとても親切で安心して過ごせました。 お部屋もとても綺麗で想像以上に満足でした！ おかげでとても良い旅行になったので、ぜひまた利用させていただきたいです！

Overall, this stay handled our pre-wedding gathering like a boss. But it takes some work to get things right. Are you willing? I highly recommended this villa for FIVE people which still makes this a relatively affordable alternative to hotels that lack the social component of a private gathering space and private pool. That being said, there is a "6th" room unconnected to a bathroom so this guest is forced to walk downstairs or through someone else's room to access a toilet. This was not stated in the listing and massively inconvenient at night (you can put 2 and 2 together). So our 6th booked a hotel nearby. Fortunately we ran 11 deep and he had some buddies at that hotel. Though not inexpensive, the intimacy and decor that shine brightest at night are the reason why I would rate the value alone at 4.5 stars. The location is convenient enough--about a 5 minute power walk to the local 7eleven on the corner which outlets into Thonglor-extended. However, the address provided, which was the most frustrating issue we had, is INCORRECT. Fortunately, I as the organizer scoured the Internet prior to arrival to match the listing pictures as to avoid this specific issue. Though moderators will most likely remove the following information, look for a closed business called "Digital A.I.R. Innovations, Ltd" and you can see that the photos of the front of the villa match that of Google Maps Street View. From there, you can acquire the correct address for your guests who may not arrive at the same time. Speaking of the pictures, I would say it matches well with the actual space. There are some broken details that can be easily fixed at little cost, but overall the place is as gorgeous as the pictures in the evening when the lighting reveals the definition of an upscale, exciting "villa". That being said, the air conditioning downstairs is hard to manage and is constantly turned off by the staff of 2 (that sometimes changes to 15 in the evening). Though helpful, you will need a project manager to ensure the nights run smoothly by requesting in advance what items need to be attended to. Things like making the beds, cleaning certain parts of the villa or adding towels apparently are not part of their housekeeping duties unless explicitly requested. As an event organizer by trade, I place a high value on communication. Transparency and response speed are of major importance. This is where Davit takes the ball and runs with it. The dude was quick to solve problems. A true team player on your side during the stay, expect your access to him will make things safe and convenient. There were disappointments that did not warrant the highest star rating, but he is the reason I did. In a villa with a high maximum occupancy, it is comforting to have him available at all times. I don't know who this "Toshiaki" guy is, but like Kaiser Soze, he is bankrupt of clarity and probably doesn't exist. Davit and the landlord, a sweet woman who stopped by during the day to ensure we were taken care of, demonstrated class. Would I book this villa again? Absolutely if Davit is still running the show. If you are an organizer who identifies with good service from your primary contact, this may just be the one for you. AirBnB success is directly tied to the rating system which is an inexact science. That is why I took the time. There were headaches for me, but I want to emphasize that my 9 friends had a complete blast. Hopefully these details give rise to the best decision for your family or group of friends.

It is a beautiful place in a safe neighborhood. Staff is fantastic and try in their best ability to provide a good service despite the language barrier. But description listed in the listing is not accurate. There is no gym, pool table and it is indicated there’s an en-suite bath to every bedroom, which is not true.

Amazing place. Better than what the photos show, the host were there to receive us and the breakfast provided was superb. Great experience. Would stay again if travelling in a huge group. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
