Great communication, very responsive host. We had some very minor damages (to our fault) and Netta was very reasonable in her request to replace. As a side note, some family members living in that area cautioned against us in staing in Markham. I can say without a doubt that this neighborhood and area leaves you nothing to be concerned about. Safe area, great accommodations, clean and tidy place. 100% recommend!

Great stay at Lenetta's place - clear communication, clean, quiet neighborhood. Pictures and descriptions perfectly describe the home. Thank you! This was a perfect spot for us when we came into the Chicago area for a family Thanksgiving.
