This house has a great location, deck and outdoor shower. However, the house is poorly represented by its pictures. The kitchen appliances were old, the decorations and rugs made it seem dirty, and the beds/pillows were very uncomfortable. The owners should put some time and money into redecorating and upgrading all beds and pillows. The house is overpriced for its current condition. However, with that being said, Del Mar was very responsive to all requests to clean up the yard, fix broken dishwasher and burned out lights. The house additionally came with lawn chairs, a canoe, and one paddleboard which was not advertised.

The location is great! We loved paddling in frog pond and spending time in downtown Chatham during the late afternoons. Our family enjoyed this house very much!
