Katie was very helpful upon initial booking, however there were a lot of frustrations once we arrived. The house was advertised with many streaming TV channels but there were REPEATABLE streaming issues for the first week. The garbage disposal, coffee maker and the guest bathroom shower were broken- Katie was unaware of these issues until we notified her; she should have taken better stock of the conditions prior to (us) new guests arriving! The master bed was a foam mattress with poor support. It was VERY upsetting to discover that there were no pre-made plowing arrangements for the long driveway; I would assume that if a host is renting out to people during the winter season they would want to ensure the guests ability to get out of the house safely and easily! We were unable to get out of the house for 24 hours to retrieve our son from the airport after a big snowfall! This was really unacceptable. We would NOT rent this place again.

Cute place in a great location. It was close to restaurants and our activities. Cozy, and comfortable.
