Fantastic short stay! The guest house may be small, but it's incredibly comfortable and exactly what we needed. Impeccably clean and well-maintained, it offered everything we required. The host's attention to detail ensured a seamless experience. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a cozy retreat!

I enjoyed my stay at Sebastian’s house. The hosts are very kind. I felt very cozy staying in this airbnb. Everything was very clean, comfy bed, private and safe, kitchen has everything you need to cook. I would book again 🤗. More than perfect, feels like at home. Nice calm neighborhood. I loved how everything was so thoughtful, unlike most of these airbnb locations. They have every little thing you might need during your stay. Thank you!

This is the closest you can get to staying at a hotel without staying at a hotel. The space is beyond cute. From the literature to the color pattern to the art on the wall it’s all beautiful. Not going to lie I lowkey want them to come redecorate my house. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful [as a female traveling with my child I need to feel safe where I lay my head] we only heard the neighbors dogs on our last night there but we’re deep sleepers so it wouldn’t have bothered us anyways. The best part of the place is the bed it is a firm bed not a cloud type bed. It gave the best support I’ve ever had and 2 out of 6 pillows were firm too so we slept like babies everyday. The only con I had is the rugs were textured [the way they were woven] and my poor feet struggled with that but nothing some plush socks or crocs couldn’t solve. Overall it’s a great place to stay especially to get away from the hustle and bustle of LA.

Sometimes people use adjectives like quaint or quirky as a sort of euphemism for things like run-down or weird. That IS NOT the meaning here. Sebastian and Robert's place is very nice, clean, well maintained, has all the modern amenities you would expect, etc.. It also has a lot of unique character in terms of decoration and layout. It's as if your doting and slightly eccentric aunt has been preparing a guest house for your visit for days. The decorative style I think is better seen than explained verbally, but I liked it (when I looked in the bathroom mirror I thought I might be sucked through into an alternate Atlantis/Captain Nemo dimension. And I mean that is a good thing.) Sebastian obviously puts a lot of thought and effort into preparing for his guests. I recommend this place and would stay again. Note: I see some other guests didn't like the parking so much. It IS street parking, but it's really perfectly fine and convenient. I have a giant van and I had no problem.
