Our family came up for one last summer send off. We had a nice time. We especially loved the relaxing ride through Torch River canal to Torch Lake. The house had everything we needed. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great idea for recreation. Thanks John! We will be back.

Great place to stay at Torch lake! Location is perfect for sandbar, public beach is just across the street, and you can walk right out to the sandbar or use the paddle boards or kayaks provided. Can also walk to the store/restaurants. The kitchen has all the appliances/utensils you need. We loved sitting out on the deck every morning enjoying our coffee and looking out at the beautiful river. At night we would spend our time around the fire. We took our pontoon boat and it was very easy to get in and out of the docking area. It was a perfect vacation! John was very quick and responsive if we had any questions.

We’ve booked with airbnb before and this was by far the best experience with the owner. John was always very prompt and accommodating. The home is in a great location, not directly on Torch Lake but still a beautiful view of a large channel from the back deck that you can enjoy while sitting on the deck. There is an access beach right across the street that you can walk, paddle board or kayak to the sand bar. Would highly recommend renting the pontoon if it’s available with the home, it’s only 15 minutes to Torch Lake sand bar. Restaurant and grocery store are very close. The home is spacious, very clean and well stocked. The deck is large with seating and a gas grill. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. There are plenty of outdoor chairs, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and lots of floatation equipment available for fun in the water. Would definitely return!
