it is a really nice room and the people that are there are great Kathy and her family made me feel comfortable staying there /leaving my stuff there . she was very welcoming and nice. she was constantly asking if I needed anything. and the Wi-Fi is great

My experience here was great, the unit is in a really peaceful neighborhood. Kathy was a really great host. Everything was well set up and organized. I stayed there for 3 months, and it was a perfect place for my long stay. It was a well furnished room, the kitchen area was common and shared with Kathy, she was really accommodating and I was allowed to use all the utensils, Also had laundry in the basement, this made it really convenient. The location is within 10 miles of Concord or Tilton, a lot of good places to try around the area as well. Kathy was also very friendly, was easy going. usually busy with work but when we would meet, would always have great conversations. Her son who also lives on the property was also friendly and was kind enough to help out when I needed help moving stuff into my car. I would recommend this unit without any hesitation.

This is wonderful place to stay and Kathy is a great host who goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. I came to NH for work and the location is easily accessible and convenient for commuting to the Concord and Northern Manchester areas. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful making it a nice home away from home.
