While the views are incredible from the balcony, the house is filthy and you will pay egregious fees for everything. The extremely cliff note version of our experience is that we paid $3,800 for chairs/tables/event & set up fees/etc and used none of it bc the host's helper did not show up to set anything up. We then moved our reception to our second Airbnb bc it was clean, functioned as a normal home and my son could crawl on the floor without being covered in dirt. Lastly, had it not been for the integrity of our incredibly talented photographer, I have no doubt that the host would've held our photos hostage for a $250 propane fee (the charge for using the grill) that we refused to pay bc we never used the grill after having to move our reception due to cleanliness. This was, by far, the most upsetting piece of our entire experience. The host only agreed that we shouldn't have to pay that after I mentioned writing a review so others know exactly what they're getting with this Airbnb.

Surrounded be the most stunning red rocks that Sedona has to offer, at the footsteps of Cathedral Rock, this magnificent luxury home is the jewel of Sedona. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the gorgeous one-of-a-kind views right into the space, which features a big beautiful living room and kitchen. The primary suite is breathtaking with a direct view of Cathedral from the bed and luxury soaking tub in the bathroom. Step right outside to your wraparound deck and private hot tub with plenty of nooks to relax beneath the stars. The upstairs boasts a tranquil meditation and sound room, an extra double bedroom for guests, office, and another primary suite with epic views. I could not have asked for a more beautiful place to spend my Sedona holidays. Will book again!! 10/10 stars.

The view is AMAZING! You can see cathedral rock from every room. My wedding ceremony was held at the house and Andrea decorated for the event. I even had a mishap with my wedding bouquet and Andrea offered to fix it for me- it turned out beautiful! Additionally we took a jeep tour up to merry go round rock and she was our guide. I would definitely recommend staying here.
