The cabin was in a really nice neighborhood that felt remote because of the distance from major cities. So we still felt like we were in the country...and a goat was in the pen next door! The hosts went to a lot of effort to accommodate us at the last minute and we really appreciated their help. And the place was just right for us as it had a bedroom separated from the rest of the space. The kitchen part of the large room was very adequate and we enjoyed just hanging out at the cabin but it was also a nice place to return to from a couple of trips we made. The shower in the bathroom is small. and there is no real table and chairs for sitting down to a meal together, which we like to do, but neither thing turned us off of the place at all. It is a place we will return to in the future if we can.

Beautiful neighborhood. I felt very safe. It was so quiet, I had no problems sleeping. Bed was very comfy.

Absolutely beautiful and cozy! The bed was so comfortable I fell into a peaceful sleep! I was here during the winter storm with dangerous low temperatures. Kristin and Brett checked in with me, offered extra blankets, hot cocoa basket and also had a backup generator in case the power went out to assure I was warm and comfortable! Stellar customer service going above and beyond to make sure their guests are well taken care of!! Thank you for a wonderful experience and beautiful place to enjoy! I will definitely book again next time I’m in the area!!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, peaceful, we fell in love with Jack the goat! Kristin and her husband are great and went over and beyond for us. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to visit family in the area. Perfect !
