I booked to stay at Johnny's about three weeks in advance to secure somewhere whilst I was in Devon and then on the day I was travelling down he messaged me at 11am saying he couldn't do it because the van failed the MOT (this was a Sunday). After hours of him messaging me different other places I could stay whilst I was travelling and saying to ask for a discount for them he then said it was ok and had passed. So I went with a friend which he said could pay a donation so we paid £23 in total for the night. He met us and showed us how it worked and at that time all the electric was working but then five minutes after he left all the lights went out and the water stopped working. I had a dog so I had to use water from my hot water bottle for her as it was a bit later. There were candles so I was able to see in the dark with them. This is cheap accommodation but would have liked a bit more of a heads up as could have brought my own water and torches etc.

nice stay in Dartington estates quiet little spot by the old school farm.

I really enjoyed my time here in this Van. Dartington Estate where it is located is stunning and a great place to be with amazing walks all around, and very close to Totnes. The van was clean, comfortable and had all I needed, and Jonny was super helpful if i ever needed anything.
