This was perfect for our familys' particular needs. Rob was friendly and quick to respond when communication was necessary. He went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. We were under special circumstances, and his time and consideration for that were greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to staying again!

We had an uneventful stay - we did realize that the remote control for the living room TV was missing but Rob did an awesome job figuring it out and getting us a new one within a few hours. The neighborhood was peaceful and relatively close to the airport which was a plus for us (having to leave on a 7am meeting) - would definitely stay here again.
