Stefanias place was perfect for our 2 day visit with a 1 year old child in Trento. We had everything we needed even a car parking garage. Stefania did a lot effort to help us out with all our needs. Thank you!

Appartement fonctionnel très bien équipé et assez près du centre, joignable à pied ou par le bus 2. Très bonne literie. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. ATTENTION. Même quand elles sont éteintes les plaques électriques du four continuent à chauffer. Mieux vaut débrancher le four. PS : En revanche, Stefania a voulu utiliser le logiciel Vikey pour nous faire accéder à la boîte à clés sécurisée, située après un enchaînement de trois portes. Cela nous a fait perdre deux heures la veille pour obtenir le code permettant d’accéder à ce logiciel et aux images expliquant la procédure pour y parvenir. Mais le jour même, si nous avons pu ouvrir le portail accédant à l’immeuble, l’information donnée pour ouvrir la porte de l’immeuble était fausse et nous avons pu y entrer parce que quelqu’un nous a ouvert la porte. Quant à la troisième porte, elle aurait dû pouvoir être ouverte à distance, si elle avait été juste claquée, mais les hôtes précédents l’avaient fermée à double tour… Bref nous avons dû attendre que quelqu'un vienne  ouvrir les portes avec des clés. Deux heures de perdu une deuxième fois. À moins que Stefania rectifie les données mises sur le logiciel Vikey, refusez absolument d'y recourir et demandez de revenir aux bonnes vieilles méthodes : qu'on vous remette les clés en mains propres ! Functional flat very well equipped and quite close to the centre, reachable by foot or by bus 2. Very good bedding. Excellent value for money. ATTENTION. Even when switched off the electric plates in the oven continue to heat up. Better to unplug the oven. PS: On the other hand, Stefania wanted to use the Vikey software to give us access to the secure key box, located after a chain of three doors. This cost us two hours the day before to get the code to access this software and the video explaining the procedure to do so. But on the day itself, while we were able to open the gate to the building, the information given to open the door to the building was wrong and we were able to enter because someone opened the door for us. As for the third door, it should have been possible to open it remotely, if it had just been slammed, but the previous guests had locked it twice... In short we had to wait for someone to come and open the doors with keys. Two hours lost a second time. Unless Stefania corrects the data on the Vikey software, absolutely refuse to use it and ask to go back to the good old methods: to be handed the keys in person!

Stefania's place was perfect for us. We area young couple that went to both see Trento and visit the university there. The location was perfect for us! We could easily walk to the center, to the bus station and even reach the university in Povo walking along the river. The apartment itself is very clean and it has a comfortable desk for working there. The kitchen looks quite complete though we only used it to make coffee (when in Italy, eat out!).
