Great place with everything you needed. House is large with room for everyone. Loved the courtyard. Good location, would stay again. Eddy was very welcoming.

Amazing apartment! All the bedrooms and bathrooms were over the expectations. The yard with a grill was a cherry on top. Livingroom and open kitchen downstairs formed a great space with the yard for hanging out, cooking and eating. A coffee maker and breakfast were mentioned as amenities. We got coffee maker after asking and breakfast ment a bread and a packet of cookies (for 6 persons on 10 days stay). If these amenities wouldn't have been mentioned, we wouldn't have expected them at all! Spotswood, the area, was great for combining road trips with a car and visits to city center by easy public transport (train). Our big car fitted at the front yard well. The area was nice and quiet, so that you could live at your own pace, sleep long if you wanted and walk to closest small 24/7 market.

Eddy's house is a well appointed place with all the amenities you would need to have a comfortable holiday. I especially liked how the place felt cozy and warm right from the time we entered and didn't leave us wanting for anything. Eddy's small touches like an instruction list for using the appliances were icing on the cake! I'd definitely recommend a stay here.

We highly recommend Eddy’s place.Plenty of room and sparkling clean. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for comfortable stay. Good communication with Eddy made it easy check in.
