We loved our stay in Madeira! With a car you can easily get around everywhere in the island. The host was flexible and the check in/check out went smoothly.

Lo más inconveniente del alojamiento, es el anfitrión. Nosotros no tuvimos agua caliente ningún día y Mou en vez de tratar de resolver el problema, no me respondía rápidamente, cuando lo hacía no resolvía, y lejos de ser amable, era agresivo. Al punto que ya era tan desagradable la comunicación con él, que preferí contactarme con servicio de atención al cliente de Airbnb para que medie. La casa está bien ubicada, la zona no es especial (no tiene cafés cerca, por ejemplo) pero está ok. La casa es antigua, yo pensé que estaba mejor mantenida, pero está ok. Tiene una piscina, que es lo mejor de la casa. Nuestro mayor problema fue que no había agua caliente y los primeros días tampoco salía agua del lavabo principal. Le pregunté varias veces a Mou, incluso le pedí que venga a enseñarnos el funcionamiento básico de la casa. Nunca me respondió de cómo hacer para tener agua y nunca vino a la casa. Mi marido logró resolverlo al tercer día pq tiene algunas nociones de gastifería.

The views from the villa are incredible, and the home has everything you need for your stay. We made use of the BBQ and all the amenities and had a lovely time in the villa. The pool was clean and the villa itself was clean as well. The villa has character and is very homey. We used BOLT to get around the island which was very easy. We also left a taxi number of Ronaldo who was reliable and available on request as well as fair priced.

loved the villa. absolutely beautiful. really appreciated having basic stuff provided ie toilet rolls,washing powder etc. just gorgeous. the pool was magnificent. best villa we have ever stayed in. the address however is no 90 and not 71. had a nightmare finding it and that was with taxi
