We stayed there a couple with a 2 yo. It was just perfect! we didn't want to leave the place! First of all, value for money was more than you can ask or expect! Monica and Azzure (hope I spelled correctly) were great, we arrived late and they waited for us in the house, patiently explained everything and welcomed us. The facilities are all well maintained, clean, and make you feel like home. The house had anything we could ask and more. The pool was amazing, clean, accessible and with a stunning view. The view from the room was breathtaking, and so does the sunset that you can almost watch right from your bed. There isn't even one bed thing I can say on the place. And I didn't even mention the fireflies at night!!! every evening. Just a dream of a place, definitely will be back there as soon as possible. If the place is available, book it, don't miss out! Location is perfect for those who want to explore Umbria.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Monica und Azzurra. Das Haus ist toll, der Pool perfekt zum entspannen und man hat einen fabelhaften Ausblick! Wir können es nur empfehlen! Nochmal vielen Dank 😊

We had a great time at this farm stay. The house was clean and cozy. We loved the amazing views, beautiful landscape around the house, and peaceful countryside. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay so we didn't get to use the pool or the game area but it looked very fun! Nevertheless, we had a good time relaxing inside and used the swing on the porch to watch the rain. Hosts were responsive and very friendly. I definitely recommend this stay for a break especially after lots of sightseeing in big cities.

We did jot spend much time here in the day but was a perfect evening settlement. The kitchen facilities and bbq served us well for self catering with a large amount of kitchenware. The beds were comfortable and the host was very helpful on arrival to show us everything.

Monica was just a beautiful kind soul and welcomed us with open arms. The place was immaculate with a great set up inside and out. Very well cared for and maintained. Beautiful location and views. The town in a drive away with lots of supermarket options. Nice wander the historical parts and take in some food or coffee. Swimming pool was fantastic with your own designated sun loungers and if it hadn’t been a crazy heat wave we would’ve used the games area more. There are 2 other flats in the villa and we barely heard them at all. 10 out of 10. We hope the return
