Our home is located in the beautiful beachside suburb Edithvale. It is well known as Melbourne's best beach. Edithvale's beautiful turquoise waters attract all the tourists and Melbourne's beach lovers. Surrounded by natural wetlands, bike trails, x 3 18 hole golf courses, bustling Mordiollic with bars, cafes and restaurants, a stone's throw away from the Mornington Peninsula's wineries and direct trainline into the city, (45 mins), Bicentennial Skate Park which is fantastic for kids 🏝 Perfect family home for a relaxing beach family holiday. Our home is located in the beautiful beachside suburb Edithvale. It is well known as Melbourne's best beach. Edithvale's beautiful turquoise waters attract all the tourists and Melbourne's beach lovers in the Summer/Autumn months. Our suburb is bustling all year round. This is a family home, so children are well catered for. High chair, games, toys galore, books, kids cutlery, kitchenware, monkeybars and trampoline. Our house has: *High end finishes *Top quality bed mattresses *Large outdoor entertaining deck *2 beautiful outdoor lounge sitting areas *3 bedrooms - Master bedroom has a beautiful new King size bed with the best quality mattress. Bedroom 2 has x1 king single and bedroom 3 has x2 king single beds. We have a porta cot available and a sofa bed in the loungeroom. *Two living areas with couches *Two bathrooms with toilets, one which has a bathtub. *Split system heating and airconditioning in all the bedrooms and living room. *We have the kids sorted with a huge gymnastics trampoline and a huge set of monkey bars. Your kids will love our yard and the equipment. *Private parking on property with electric gate entrance. Our home is completely renovated and fitted out with modern appliances. Built in 1940's Art Deco style, it features the most amazing decorative ceilings.

Lovely stay for a few nights whilst visiting family in the area. Spacious, clean and comfortable with the added bonus of being walking distance to shops and the beach. Kids loved the toys and play equipment. Only niggle was no locks on the bathroom doors which resulted in a rather embarrassing situation with the father in law!!! Overall I would definitely recommend and Cassie and James could not have been more accommodating with requests such as a late check out. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
clean, tidy and feels like home! close by to Edithvale beach, which is our favourite spot. Two bathrooms, which is great for a big family, and the pet door was a huge bonus for our dog.

Such a warm and inviting home. The location was great- only a 10 minute walk to the beach and local shops.
