The setting of the house is beautiful against the mountains. Great views, lots of private space. The girls really enjoyed the heated pool. Excellent tennis court on the premises with stunning setting, which we used a lot. Restaurant La Place in Puyloubier is very recommendable. The pulpo is amazing as are the fried zucchini flowers. Very nice and responsive local host and owner!

Magnifique villa qui ne manque absolument de rien... Rien que l’entrée en dit long : cuisine extérieure avec bar et plancha de très bonne qualité, donnant également sur la cuisine intérieure (très pratique), tout ceci en étant juste à côté de la piscine (équipée d’une barrière sécurisée, aucun enfant ne peut y pénétrer). Très fonctionnelle, toutes les chambres sont équipées de très belles salles de bains si bien que chaque famille a son « chez lui »... Les pièces sont superbes, le jardin est immense, et très bien entretenu, avec une très jolie vue sur la montagne Sainte Victoire... Très agréable d’ailleurs lorsqu’on joue au tennis (le cours est impeccable). Malgré la jolie région, difficile de bouger lorsqu’on se sent si bien...! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, contact très facile et cordial avec les propriétaires

Maison magnifique dans un environnement sublime. De la place évitant de se retrouver les uns sur les autres, de la diversité dans les activités (piscine, tennis, billard, promenade sur les flancs de la montagne Sainte Victoire, visites des calanques, d'Aix en Provence...). Que du bonheur.

We stayed at Le Mas de L'olivier Rouge for one week with our 2 daughters, aged 7 and 5. The house is located in an idyllic location behind a few vineyards. It is in a small town called Rousset. The area is very quiet. There are no noisy neighbors, no parties at night. The Mont Sainte Victoire which is a tourist attraction is visible from the house and very beautiful. There is a mechanical gate that opens to a beautiful driveway and gardens. There is plenty of enclosed parking. The house is spotless, large and very well equipped. We did not need to bring or buy anything extra. There is a tennis court, large yard, hammock, swings and a pool with an outdoor shower. There is an outdoor cooking and relaxing area with BBQ and pizza oven. There is a large table for outdoor dining. The laundry room is very functional and easy to use. There is air conditioning in every room. There is a game room downstairs with pool table and movies and DVDs. The house has a TV and a DVD player which our daughters loved. The kitchen is very clean and fully equipped. We used all the appliances including the Nespresso coffee maker which was great. There is a bakery and grocery stores at 10 minute drive which we got our fresh bread and food from every morning. The house is close to Aix-en-Provence which is a must to visit. Josette who manages the rental was very kind, professional, accommodating and helpful. She and the owners were very helpful, immediately responsive (even though everything was perfect and we did not really need to contact them much). Josette gave us a very helpful tour of the house and reviewed the local info with us. We loved her. The internet works but is at times very slow. This is just the nature of the local service provider and not sure if anything can be done about that. Overall we had a great stay at this house and would return again.
