Absolutely awesome! Simi and her Airbnb sets the gold standard in what an Airbnb experience should be. Excellent communication, easy check in and amazing accommodation. Very private and quiet yet conveniently located, the accommodation is beautifully fitted out with a modern yet beachy feel. Walking distance to the local Quindalup beach which we visited a couple of times with the SUP which was supplied and had a lot of fun with. A great number of restaurants are located just a 5 min drive away in Dunsborough and we enjoyed some good swimming at Bunker Bay and Smith's Beach both a short drive a way. In short, a fantastic place to stay for a short getaway or extended holiday. We will back again for sure. Thank you so much Simi for everything :))

The Boathouse is a modern and well-appointed guest house. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. So was the couch and reading chair. There was ample space for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended to other guests.

My time at the boathouse was fantastic . My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and could not come up with a single complaint. The place is exactly as described and is only a couple of minutes from the beach. The SUP and tandem bike are super fun and the extra goodies and home amenities definitely make the place worth the price. And Simi and Paul were so lovely as hosts. Simi replied to all my messages very promptly was very kind, generous. Both of them made our stay comfortable and stress free. I will definitely be recommended this airbnb to others. ☺️

Absolutely loved our stay at the boathouse. The room smells incredible and is the perfect “down south” atmosphere. Simi was so helpful over message as well and even had chocolates in the fridge. Would be very happy to stay at the boathouse again!
