We came for a couples week away for our friend’s 40th birthday!!! Much needed and a great time had by all!!! Very responsive and welcoming host! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

We had a great time at Palm Breeze! Comfortable, spacious, solid amenities (ice machine was inspired, hot tub was wonderful) for our 2-family group of 11. John was super responsive to questions and for recommendations. The location was fantastic, with great restaurants and coffee nearby, and close enough for trips into Key West. Watching sunrise and sunset from the pier made it even more special. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone in our group of 11 kept saying how well they liked the place. The house is well laid out. Love the balcony facing the bay. Heated pool was real nice. We took all the kayaks out several times. The ice maker was a nice touch. The location is nice, not too far from Key West. Over all we enjoyed it very much. John was very responsive to any issue we had. Would love to stay here again.

We had such a great family vacation at John's place. The house layout; especially the pool and porch were wonderful. We also enjoyed kayaking and taking in the sights from the dock.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. This issue we had was quickly resolved by the host. Loved the dock and kayaks, we did a lot of fishing. The pool and hot tub were a treat after a long day at key west. The only negative was being on the main road with so much traffic, obviously something that can't be helped. Would rent here again.
