Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt und geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die lichtdurchfluteten Räume laden zum Verweilen ein. Auf der Terrasse kann man die traumhaften Abendstimmungen genießen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Zum einen liegt sie eingebettet in wunderschöne Natur in absolut ruhiger Lage, andererseits ist man sehr schnell an der Elbe und in der Altstadt von Dresden. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man gerne gepflegt und stilvoll in ruhiger Umgebung wohnt. Noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeber. Margit Koschier-Thurnher

Traumhafte Lage in einer ruhigen Villengegend am Elbhang. Großer Südbalkon mit schöner Aussicht auf den Park und bis ins Erzgebirge. Luxuriös ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem Komfort. Von Wurst bis Wein, Kaffee bis Saft eine gute Erstausstattung im Kühlschrank vorhanden. Perfekte Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten bis zum Blauen Wunder, ca 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Wenn man einmal da war, will man wieder kommen. VielenDank.

We stayed for 5 nights in the "Natur und Kunst" apartment in Loschwitz, Dresden. We were looking for somewhere in this part of town as it is a very nice and quiet residential area. The apartment was very clean and the fittings were of high quality. The apartment is in a great location and has stunning views over Dresden and the Saxon countryside. It is decorated tastefully throughout with a number of artworks including paintings, drawings and ceramics. There are also a substantial number of books about Dresden and its cultural history. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, meeting us on our arrival and providing food and drinks to keep us going until we made it to the supermarket. They had also added some Christmas decorations, which were very much appreciated and helped make the apartment feel more like home during our stay. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation to anyone looking for an apartment in this part of Dresden and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dresden.

I would not book with this host again! We arrived late and explained to the host that it would be late as we had to drive 6-7 hours. We got there and was greeted by host's son in law, and he took us to meet the host's wife. I did not know the policies with Air BnB and said we would pay a deposit upon arrival but found out that since they wanted to go outside of Air BnB to charge the deposit it was wrong so I told them when we got there that I would not pay it unless they charged me through Air BnB. The host was called and said that if we didn't pay then we could not stay so I said that is fine I will all Air BnB to get a refund and we will go find another place. AirBnB was called and they called the host and told us that we did not have to pay the deposit and could pay the city tax the following day. We settled in for the night and everything was great or so we thought. We go up and as soon as we got ready we left to visit another town, my birth place, we all had every intention to pay the city tax, which I thought we could do through the AirBnB app but after looking at it again that was not so. So it was my fault that the city tax was not paid in a timely manor. While we were still out we got a message from the Host saying that we had to immediately leave the apartment because we did not pay the deposit, city tax by noon, which I did not know that, and they said we had a 6th person that we did not tell them about which is a lie because we had 5 ladies and a baby and we were all there when the host's wife greeted us. So we called AirBnB right away to get this sorted out and they told us to just go back and that they will handle it. We waited all night to hear from Air BnB and just kept getting told to wait. The host then messages us at 1AM saying that if we are not out by noon, IN 11 HOURS, then they will turn off the electricity and water. We called AirBnB again just get told to wait and they will take care of it. After staying up all night and not hearing from AirBnB we prepared to leave because non of us felt safe staying and if they did cut the electricity then we couldn't stay anyway. So at 10AM, 2 HOURS before they cut the power, we called AirBnB again and they told us not to leave. Instead of wasting our vacation staying we packed our stuff up and cleaned up after ourselves and left, but before we left they indeed had cut the power. We kept calling Air...
