Well what can we say about Lynda and Ray. They have been amazing hosts for over 6 weeks. In that time, we have tantrums and tears for the property and that is not the hosts crying. It was my colleagues as they didn't want to leave. Lynda and Ray have been amazing hosts. They have truly gone out above and beyond for everything that my colleagues could have wished for. The property has been perfect for everyone's needs, beautiful surroundings, spacious, but extremely peaceful despite only being less than 20 minutes from Melton Mowbray. There were more than enough bathrooms to stop the squabbling and queues in the morning rush for work. Should we ever be in the area, we will book with you again as you are amazing!

I booked Lynda and Ray's property on behalf of my colleagues who are working on a project locally. They have loved the house from day one. Lynda and Ray have been brilliant and proactive from start to the finish of our stay. The home has been amazing, lots of space, a beautiful kitchen. The surroundings are breath-taking too. They loved the house that much that I have booked them in the same property again for another 4 weeks! A beautiful home loved by 2 wonderful people for all of us to share wonderful memories in. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a family wedding and it was great. Lynda was very responsive and checked in to make sure all was ok. The village is beautiful

We slept 5 people at the Home Paddock comfortably. We very much enjoyed down time in the lovely back yard as well as in the sitting area with the lovely large front window. Lynda was very proactive about communication and was able to answer the few questions I had that I couldn't find easily on the listing. Of note, Lynda is clearly committed to energy management and has clearly marked stickers requesting certain devices be used only before or after 7am/pm
