Studio is in the Conrad, check in is by prior arrangement with the Key1 rep in the foyer of the hotel; resort fees have to be paid to the Key1 rep prior to check in and credit card details left with the Key1 rep at check in as nothing can be booked to the room; servicing is by the hotel staff, daily if required. Junior Studio is big and well equipped with a small kitchenette (coffee machine didn't work), very comfortable bed and good shower, balcony with side view of the sea and intercoastal. Gym is available 24 hours and is fine (quite busy) and pool towels and beds are available at the pool, or 2 x sunbeds and parasol with covers and towels are available at the beach, complementary each day.

Great space. Clean, safe, upscale room in the Conrad. Looked exactly like the pictures. Take advantage of the amenities. Daily room service, the gym, yoga classes, and the beach access and umbrella were excellent! Great restaurants onsite and within a short walking distance. The “listing host” may not respond initially so just be aware of that. Once the Key1 host reached out, he was extremely friendly & responsive. I look forward to coming back!

The place was beautiful, better than the pictures. Nothing was missing from the description (we had a hair blower, coffee pods, pots & pans, silverware, plates, glasses, wine glasses, microwave, even had a bathroom scale). The balcony was big with 2 chairs and a table. Derik, the concierge, was on time and very friendly. He met us in the lobby. He had all the information about the unit for us (what was included with the tourist fees). Derik made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our family/friends.
