Beautiful views, whether it was rain or shine! Plentyof rooms for everyone! The only issue was the internet for a few days, but evermine remained in contact and was on the same page. It's just a lovely spot as always.

Awesome place to stay for our yearly family vacation. We've stayed the last two years and would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to have a peaceful vacation with family and friends. The house was plenty spacious enough for our family of 9 and fully equipped for all of our needs. It's within a mile or two to historic St. Augustine, Lighthouse, beaches and many area attractions. Thank you for hosting us. We will definitely be back.

It was a beautiful house in a great location. We enjoyed the view and being right on the water. Easy to walk to St Augustine. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for our group! Can’t wait to rent it next year!

The house was immaculate. Even looked more beautiful in person. Location was perfect. Good restaurants close. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The dolphins put on shows daily. Spent most of our time on the back porch. Always something to watch. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for hosting us

Love this place. The home is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with any appliance or utensil you could ever need. Location is close to downtown (easy walking distance) but in a quite neighborhood. The view from the back porch of the Matanzas River and downtown is very nice. We saw dolphins every day and sea turtles multiple days. We saw manatees one day. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. This is our second time staying here. There is no other place we would stay when vacationing in the St. Augustine area.
