Sehr sauber. Einrichtungen auf das notwendige reduziert. Was uns nein bisschen gestört hat, sind dass die Bäder keine Heizungen haben. Morgens war es sehr frisch.

I have very mixed feelings. The personnel at the reception was nice and considerate, the people running the on-site store were rude and inattentive. The houses are kind of charming, with thatched roofs and little gardens, separated by hedges. Unfortunately, all three bedrooms in our apartment were locked with an electronic lock, making a stay with kids cumbersome (can't enter the kid's room without either leaving the door open or unlocking it with the electronic key, both noisy). The bedrooms were nice and clean, but there was fluff in the bathrooms and an unpleasant dog smell in the hallway and on the couch. The kitchen works for a short stay but is under-stocked with tableware and cutlery. The hedges to the neighboring apartments are damaged and were obviously used to cross in between properties, making the biggest flaw even worse: we, as a family with two small children, were placed between houses occupied by a group of constantly-drunk men, which were constantly (deep into the night and early in the morning, too. I have no idea if they were running shifts or something) noisy and rude. At one point, of of their group, presumably searching for their own house, walked into our unlocked patio door surprising us and scaring our kid. Not long later another one took the shortcut through our garden to get to his buddie's house. When I complained, the person at the reception promised to take care of it, but I never saw a result. The noise didn't go down and we had to keep the windows closed during that night too. Overall, an unsatisfactory stay, but mostly due to our neighbors and the Hotel's failure to deal with them.
